Molly Tea Love and Deepspace Collaboration -Add More than Sugar

Rain or shine, the thought of sitting in a small, quiet cafe has a romantic air surrounding it. Cafes have a special kind of allure that makes them cozy spaces. Tea adds to that delicate romantic feeling. The warm floral notes blossom as you drink. Molly Tea collaborated with the kings of romance, and their locations broke into a frenzy.

On June 18th 2026, Molly Tea released a collab with Love and Deepspace, allowing fans to purchase more than just tea. Some of the themed items available include a lanyard with a badge holder, protective covers for photo cards, and various limited-edition cups, bags, and cup sleeves. I think the most sought-after item is the water-activated photo card. Fans can purchase a photo card featuring their love interest in the classic white hunter’s shirt. Add a bit of water to the card, and the shirt perfectly mimics a wet t-shirt, turning translucent, showcasing perfect abs. Chinese netizens, both customers and employees alike, have posted their experiences with this collab.

Molly Tea locations were accepting online orders for the collaboration, which seemed like a bold move to me. This seems like an event where fans would have to come to the store and stand in line to receive their merch, not just send a delivery driver for pickup. The flood of online orders piled up quickly, with some locations reporting 3,000 cups in queue. Photos online show the tickets against the wall like wallpaper. The stream of tickets touched the floor. Some of the Molly Tea staff had to teach the delivery drivers about the different love interests so they wouldn’t pick up the wrong one for customers. I think I would be devastated if I managed to get an order through for a limited item and I received the wrong love interest. It seemed like an intense event. Life-sized cutouts of the love interests were standing outside of the Molly Tea locations, and I’m surprised it seems none have walked off from their posts.

All of this excitement came at the right time, as Infold Games officially revealed Valko, the sixth Love and Deepspace love interest. He left an impression outside their office in the form of a giant paw print. Valko’s a werewolf, and I am extremely excited to see his story. The reception to Valko has been lukewarm as fans decide how they feel about his reveal. Most fans are criticising his military-style haircut, and I have to agree, but I think the signature mullet would fix him up. Fans have also pointed out the cultural reference as he’s a wolf who’s also a CEO. It’s always an exciting time to be a Love and Deepspace fan, but it’s especially exciting now.

The Love and Deepspace love interests seem to go great with tea. In August of last year, they had a collab with Sunright Tea Studio. Sunright Tea Studio served specialty drinks that matched the love interests. I thought they were spot-on tea choices. This was a China-exclusive event, and as much as I would enjoy seeing the collab come to the US, I worry it would be even more hectic for the locations. According to the Molly Tea store locator on their website, there are only 18 locations in the US. They’re mostly on the East Coast if you’re interested in trying their signature drinks. Have you grabbed any merch from a Love and Deepspace collaboration?
